Business "Associate" Membership
We encourage our regular members to turn to our Associate members FIRST for the products and services they need.
Associate membership is for businesses that provide products and services to the rental housing industry. Any person, firm or corporation, or other organization that supplies or supports the rental industry can be an Associate Member. Associate membership includes marketing opportunities that are free or discounted. Associate members may participate in surveys and blogs, but have no voting rights within the Association.

WAA helps build productive relationships between its members who operate more than 45,000 rental units and the businesses that provide products and services to the rental housing industry.
Your Membership entitles your business to promote itself to landlords by participating in various ways:
Your brochures, coupons, or special offers, business cards tor collateral marketing materials will be included in the welcome packets that are given to each new member upon joining WAA.
Your "Link" will appear, with your logo and services offered, on the WAAonline.org directory of Associate Businesses, in the category of your choice, connecting members directly to your website. This directory also appears in the bi-monthly e-magazine, WAA News.
Your Company will be featured as a "new or renewing Associate Member" in an upcoming issue of WAA News magazine.
Advertise your company with a free, initial quarter-page advertisement in WAA News magazine, plus you may advertise at discounted frequency rates in all 6 issues.
Advertorial articles: You may submit, for consideration, articles of interest to landlords with a byline crediting your company's expertise in the bi-monthly WAA News Magazine.

Trade Show Booth: As an Associate Member, you can purchase a table top display booth at the Spring and/or Fall Conference/Tradeshows at members-only discounted rates.
Target Mailings: Our mailing list is available to Associate Members for a small fee.
