NEW for 2019 . . . Friday afternoon sessions!
Join us in this beautiful location for a weekend of education, networking with others from across the state in the rental housing industry, and learn how businesses can help you save money!

A limited number of rooms are available Friday and/or Saturday night(s) at the Holiday Inn & Suites Wausau-Rothschild, 1000 Imperial Ave, Rothschild.  Call 715-355-1111 and mention WAA to get the special room rate of $109/night plus taxes.  Room block closes on Sept. 15th.

Schedule

FRIDAY:  Registration begins at 12:00 p.m.  Breakout education sessions will start at 1:00 p.m.  There will be some time for casual networking in the evening.  Lunch & supper will be on your own.

SATURDAY:  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.  Welcome at 8:15 a.m. followed by  Legislative update, sessions, trade show & exhibitor demos, lunch, keynote by Mr. Landlord,and reception (cash bar).

Sessions include a forms update by WI Legal Blank, OSHA Safety, Collections, a tax topic refresher, nuisance activity & other landlord concerns with the Wausau PD, drug identification & recognition by the Wausau PD, emotional support animals, the Looming Pot Problem, the popular Ask the Expert panel, & a special extra session on Judgments & Collections by Chris Mokler of C.J. Mokler & Associates (there is an extra fee for this intense, information filled session-additional $99 per member/$129 per member).
