We're back baby!  We are back in person.  We cannot wait for you to join us at Chula Vista in Wisconsin Dells for a jam packed 1-1/2 day conference with education and networking with others from across the state in the rental housing industry.

Schedule

FRIDAY:  Registration begins at 12:00 p.m.  Breakout education sessions will start at 1:00 p.m.  There will be some time for casual networking in the evening.  Lunch & supper will be on your own.

SATURDAY:  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.  Welcome at 8:15 a.m. followed by educational sessions, trade show & exhibitor demos, lunch, a Legislative and Association update, a keynote, and reception (cash bar).  Breakfast is on your own.

Sessions will include reasonable accommodations, tax modifications for real estate investing, evictions and collections, lead safe homes program, private money lending, 1031 exchanges, the popular Ask the Expert panel, multi-family recycling, opportunity zones for business sales,and a local leadership roundtable for all local affiliate officers.
