We are offering two of the 2020 WAA Autumn Zoom sessions, 1031 Exchanges by Brandon Bruckman of Insight Real Estate and Future Real Estate Trends by Marcus Auerbach of OnPoint Realty Group, for a limited time at the price of $39.99 for members and $49.99 for non-members. Each recorded session is approximately an hour long and includes all questions and answers during our virtual conference on October 10th. Once payment is received, a link will be sent to you for both sessions, which will include a time stamp at the beginning of the second playback. These sessions are available for purchase only until Sunday, January 31st and the link will be available for playback only until Friday, February 5th.
All proceeds from these sessions will be helping to fund the WAA COVID-19 Task Force so that it may continue to conduct the weekly updates and all of the work it has done to aid all of us in the rental housing industry for the past 10 months.
1031 Exchanges: Brandon covers what 1031 exchanges are, how they work, and an overview of advantages and common misconceptions. Potential gray areas and passive exchange options including Delaware Statutory Trust (DST), Tenant in Common (TIC), Triple Net Leases (NNN) and private deals will also be reviewed.
