Please join us for our first ever VIRTUAL Conference on Friday, October 9th and Saturday, October 10th so YOU can continue to crush it in 2020 and get primed for an awesome 2021.

Two links for each day will be emailed to each registered attendee on Thursday to join our virtual conference "rooms."  A separate link will also be emailed for the Legislative Update.  Please be sure to add Wisconsin Apartment Association and the email address "kristy@waaonline.org" to your safe senders list in your email program to ensure that you receive these important emails.

Schedule

FRIDAY:  Virtual sessions will start at 1:00 p.m.  We are planning on some time for casual online networking in the evening.

SATURDAY:  Welcome at 9:45 a.m. followed by more virtual sessions and legislative update by Chris Mokler and Gary Goyke, WAA Lobbyists.

Sessions include an OSHA Safety update & how to manage an OSHA inspection, a session on housing and health concerns, a real estate investing update and discussion, 1031 exchanges, assistance animals under fair housing, section 8, circuit court efiling, and more!
