Join us for a weekend of education, networking with others from across the state in the rental housing industry, and learn how improve your real estate investment business!

A limited number of rooms have been held Friday and/or Saturday night at the Best Western Premier Waterfront.  Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 920-230-1900 and mentioning "Wisconsin Apartment Association" for the rate of $99.99 per night plus fees/taxes.  Room block extended until March 20th!  After that, rooms will then be based on availability and at the current room rates.

Schedule

Breakout session begin Friday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. followed by networking in the evening.

Sessions continue Saturday at 8:30 a.m. along with lunch, legislative and WAA Board of the Whole updates, and additional educational sessions in the afternoon.

Breakout session topics include the importance of renter's insurance, hard money lending, hot topics in fair housing, 1031 exchanges, home visit safety for landlords, drugs in multifamily dwellings, marketing your vacancies, what lobbying is & why it's important for the rental housing industry, the WI legislature & district restructuring, evictions & collections, cashout refis, vision & goal setting, property management software by property managers/owners, managing multifamily recycling, local leadership roundtable, WI statues & administrative code hot topics, and illegal rental provisions.
