It's the annual WREI Legislative Day...a day to learn about current bills and legislation that affects the rental housing industry, hear from the Governor's office and legislators, and make YOUR voice heard in Madison! We NEED you there to inform the legislators what issues concern you and your local. Cost is only $35 and includes lunch, materials for the day, and the annual awards reception, if registered by March 14th.

10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Registration - Pick up legislative day materials and name tags
10:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. Welcome, introductions and logistics review for the day
10:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Presentation and Speakers
Noon – 1:00 p.m. Working Lunch
1 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Legislative Office Visits. Directories will be available.
4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 2024 Legislative and Awards Reception
