January 29, 2020: WAA welcomes our newest local affiliate, the Dodge County Landlord Association

In January 2020, the Dodge County Landlord Association held their first meeting as an organization. We are very excited to begin this cooperative relationship with landlords in the area this new local will service, including the towns of Beaver Dam, Mayville, Juneau, and parts of Watertown. This local was developed after an invitation WAA received from the local sheriff's department to participate in an evening landlord informational meeting in November.
