It's the annual WAA Legislative Day...a day to learn about current bills and legislation that affects the rental housing industry, get an update on the WERA program, hear from the Governor's office and legislators, and make YOUR voice heard in Madison!  We NEED you there to inform the legislators what issues concern you and your local.  Cost is only $35 and includes lunch, materials for the day, and the annual awards reception.
