Schedule

Breakout sessions begin Friday afternoon at 12:30 p.m. followed by a networking mixer with some trivia fun.  Sessions continue Saturday at 8:30 a.m. along with a legislative update, an update on the Wisconsin Real Estate Investors (WREI), lunch, and additional educational sessions. Topics will include lending solutions to help you navigate the current market, hot topics in landlord-tenant law, efiling tips and tricks for CCAP, managing different personalities, accounting and taxes, fire safety and hands only CPR, building a vision for your life, an overview of Section 8 HQS inspections, the energy efficiency rebate program by Focus on Energy, an overview of the brand new WREI community and website, a local leadership roundtable for WREI local affiliate officers, and the newly updated Rental Housing Resources courses on evictions and notices (offered for an additional fee of $20 per class-must register separately).

We will also have a great silent auction with fun baskets, themed gift packs, 4 Bucks tickets, 4 Summerfest tickets with parking and Captains Deck passes (upstairs food, drink and show), 2 Badger football tickets, and 4 Brewers tickets with parking (any 2024 game to be selected by winner). It will be a weekend of learning, networking, and fun!
